What I Specialize In

I am psychologist with 17 years of experience in a variety of different settings. I work best supporting people with anxiety and overwhelm in the many different forms it shows up. Everything can sometimes feel like a tornado of thoughts, feelings, people, obligations, experiences…. and on and on. Sometimes the answer is not to try harder, but to try a different approach. I specialize in self-regulation and grounding as a foundational part of personal growth. I also offer specific interventions of communication, habit formation, goal setting, and deeper exploration of self and relationships.
